Job Descriptions:
To coordinate with oversea MEP consultant, Infrastructure Consultant, ELV/IT/AV team, third parties/vendors and contractors to execution of projects.
To ensure all documentation is in place and updated during each phase of the project and that the value of any proposed solution is maximized.
To oversee and monitor MEP, Infrastructure, ELV/IT/AV work progress to ensure timely work completion.
To manage and control the changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
To manage and control QAQC for the products.
To prepare and submit the site bi-weekly & monthly report.
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to project requirement and expectations.
To supervise and monitor site construction works to ensure in accordance to drawings.
To understand drawings, designs & measurements, and able to communicate Designer, consultants and contractors.
To oversee daily site activities and site coordination with contractors.
To undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent. Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad. Minimum 9-10 years of working experience in similar job function or Hospitality & Residential industry. Good communication in both spoken and writing English and Thai. Goal oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure. Positive thinking, self-motivated, team work, self-discipline, good working attitude and initiative. Able to work independently and meet tight schedules. Work Location: Four Seasons Naka Yai, Phuket, Thailand.
