Job Descriptions:
Coordinate with oversea M&E consultant, Archi & ID Designer, Infrastructure Consultant, ELV/IT/AV team, Four Seasons Design Team, third parties/vendors and contractors to execution of projects.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Understand drawings, designs & measurements, and able to communicate Designer, consultants and contractors.
Review tender drawings, specifications, documents, pre-tender estimates prior to tender.
Review consultants tender reports and provide input.
Prepare tender questionnaire for tender interviews.
Lead M&E and Infrastructure consultants and contractors from project inception until completion.
Provide input in scheduling, logistic and planning.
Attend to and resolve all MEP & Infrastructure issues including design, cost, work execution and authority approval, etc.
Oversee and monitor MEP & Infrastructure works progress to ensure timely work completion.
Ensure MEP & Infrastructure works are carried out in accordance with specifications, project quality plan and safety requirements.
Oversee daily site activities.
To prepare and submit the site bi-weekly & monthly report.
Monitor and lead process for testing and commissioning and hand over inspections for MEP & Infrastructure works.
Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent. Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad. Minimum 10-12 years of working experience in a similar job function or Hospitality & Residential industry. Able to propose alternative engineering solution to benefit the project. Excellent communication in both spoken and writing English and Thai. Goal oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure. Positive thinking, self-motivated, team work, self-discipline, good working attitude and initiative. Able to work independently and meet tight schedules. Work Location: Four Seasons Naka Yai, Phuket, Thailand.
